Shipping
  • Shipping rates are for ground shipments in the continental US only.
  • Ground 2-7 business days from the date funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually is same day for credit cards and can take 4 business days on a check.
Green Office Supplies will accept returns of product for the following reasons:
  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Non-defective or damaged goods in unopened original packaging
  • Green Office Supplies shipping errors
  • Your request for a return must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
  • With the exception of Green Office Supplies shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at:

  • Once your return has been received by the warehouse you will be given a credit for the amount of the purchase within 10 business days after receipt of return for credit to register on your account.
  • After 30 days, consult the manufacturer for warranty information.
  • Items damaged in transit: MUST be reported at the time of delivery; note must be made on the carrier delivery record. In the instance where you are returning merchandise you ordered that is not damaged or defective you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
